CIRCLE LEVEL WORKSHOP OF SYSTEM ADMINISTRATORS

Dear friends,

It is decided to conduct a circle level workshop of all SA 's irrespective of union affiliations under the aegis of NFPE, Palakkad on 08/02/2009.

VENUE : KG BOSE BHAVAN, Near HPO Palakkad 678001
Date & time : 08/02/2009 at 10am

We will discuss all our problems threadbare to draft a proposal to be pushed through our trade unions for effective implementation of system division at operative wing. Our discussion should invariably include the following points:

1. Cadre restructuring in systems division
2. Selection Procedure
3 Job profile and justification of one post
4. Outsourcing of SA work
5. Uniformity of dealing SA matters in the circle

So all are requested to prepare their view points and arrive at a consensus at divisional level to present the view at the meeting.

We should all make this opportunity to benefit us maximum. A total participation of all SA s are expected as we would like to prepare a profile card of each and every SA working in our circle in order to ensure not to be excluded at the time of creation of SA cadres.
