7.6.21 Postal Assistants assigned the jobs of System
Administrators & Marketing Executives have demanded creation
of a new cadre with higher pay scales. Creation of a new cadre in
their case is not functionally justified. The Commission, in any case,
is not looking into demands relating to individual cadre reviews.
All System Administrator be Ready for a National Wide Protest

If the commission can not take the individual cadre reviews, the dept should take the case of SA s positively and create a seperate cadre. This is not only do good for the effective implementation of technologigy driven services, but would also address the toiling staff hitherto associated with this technology wing already formed in the top rung.
